Uvaro named as one of CIX Top 10 Growth companies for 2022 marking CIX new record

Uvaro CEO Joseph Fung joins, for the third time, the prestigious list of Canada’s most innovative tech companies.

Founded in 2020, Uvaro is a community-based educational program that offers support for professionals at any stage of their career. As a holistic career services program, Uvaro enables its members to launch a fulfilling career with flexibility around programming and payment options. It offers lifetime career support, as well as a deferred tuition program. In this program, the total fees for courses are due only when participants achieve full-time employment.

Previously, the founding group were recipients of a CIX Top 20 Early award in 2011 with TribeHR, then again in 2018 with Kiite. Companies featured on the CIX Top 10 Growth list are carefully selected by industry professionals in North America, including investors, and business and innovation experts. They use six criteria to determine who makes the list. Among these criteria are Business Model, Quality of Product and Service Offering, Market Opportunity and Depth of Management, and Diversity of Leadership. Being on the CIX Top 10 Growth list affirms Uvaro’s growing status as an industry game changer, while the selection criteria reflect Uvaro’s objectives to be a well-rounded and innovative company.

The award will be presented at the CIX Summit which will take place from November 1-2 in Toronto, where Uvaro CEO Joseph Fung will also be speaking on how companies can enable career success.
