Job Summary:

Covid, Inc., a Tempe based manufacturer of Audio-Visual Connectivity Products, is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. This is a Challenging and Rewarding Career Opportunity for an energetic, highly motivated, sales and results orientated individual.

The selected individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining valued customer relationships, growing sales revenue in the assigned territory as well as expanding the company's current customer base.

About Covid:

Covid has been manufacturing innovative audio-visual connectivity solutions for more than 40 years. Products span the categories of custom wall plates & panels, cable products, connectors, signal management solutions and many other A/V accessories. Superior product lines and outstanding customer service have made Covid a leader in the A/V industry.

Markets that rely on Covid products include education, bio-med, corporate, government, and houses of worship. You will find a variety of Covid products in courtrooms, auditoriums, lecture halls, board rooms, patient rooms, and many high-profile government and military installations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains valued customer relationships
  • Promotes Covid’s products and services
  • Prepares and conducts dealer training and educational seminars
  • Increases market share by calling on dealers, distributors, consultants and other channels to promote and sell Covid products
  • Communicates special programs to customers
  • Presents marketing programs and new products
  • Follows up on all sales leads in a timely and effective manner
  • Provides timely and accurate response to customer’s requests for information

Qualifications:

  • Be results driven, possess knowledge of sales concepts, customer relations, account development and project management skills
  • Be an effective communicator
  • Demonstrate account management skills
  • Experience with B to B sales
  • Superior customer service and selling skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
