In this role you will be responsible for traveling to clients’ sites, perform value-based technical demonstrations, educate clients on the technical and security solutions we provide, answer all security-related questions, and support sales pursuits. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Communicate with technology leaders and IT teams on their level, using their language and being an expert in navigating technical questions, from all levels within an organization

  • Interface with the sales team, proposal management team, and sales management to help define strategy and deliver presentations virtually or onsite for various pursuits where security or network architecture is important to support sales business development

  • Responsible for reading and interpreting clients’ technical requirements and respond to proposals and questionnaires

  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with internal operations and development teams to keep current with network configurations and future roadmap development

  • Work strategically with the sales reps, leveraging your knowledge to promote and win business in competitive situations

Attributes/Skills Required:

  • Strong technical understanding of the security market. Strong SaaS cloud computing knowledge preferred

  • Understanding at a high level, similarities, and differences across the various security audits that we use; SOC 1/2 Type 1/2, ISO-27001, NIST 800-171 and FedRAMP

  • Solid sales background, with a proven track record in consultative, complex technical solution selling

  • Ability to work unsupervised and support sales engagements by collaborating with sales and sales engineering teams

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills

  • Deep knowledge of network security technologies such as firewalls, application security, unified threat management, advance threat prevention, policy management, redundancy techniques, logging and reporting, security threats, malware and vulnerabilities, and routing protocols

  • Knowledge of MFA, SSO, encryption levels, penetration tests and disaster recovery

  • Understanding of construction process - Preferred

  • Travel up to 50%

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
