This position is responsible for leading a team of advisors alongside the Sales Manager.
Essential Job Functions: Daily huddle reviewing SLA’s, slackscraper, KPIs and sales Sit in between 2 Advisors (both in ramp period or new hires) Stay on top of H/HV’s/SLA’s (white gloves, missed calls) for the team Complete SLA audits every morning Escalated inbound calls/slacks and take “customer wants to buy and Advisor is not responding” inbound calls/slacks Side by side coaching sessions Process confirmation Listening to recorded calls for sales coaching and 1 on 1’s Help Advisors with Dealdesk, admin tasks, other issues/questions Communicate any day to day issues/concerns with Sales Manager
Education/Experience : Bachelor’s degree preferred Property and Casualty license 1-3 years of prior sales experience
Technical : Basic computer literacy, G suite preferred and Salesforce a plus Strong ability to communicate via email and phone
Professional: Ability to build strong relationships, initiate action and adjust to change are key attributes to this role Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills; self-motivated; excellent communication skills Ability to take the initiative to gather and use customer feedback to identify both needs and opportunities Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
