Job Description

Customer Service Trainer will be responsible for:

  • Delivering reoccurring training programs to new call center employees, updating training content, and ensuring that all Customer Service personnel have the tools they need to be successful.
  • Delivers new hire and recurrent training curriculum for the customer service team
  • Plan and schedule trainings on regular basis and prepare training course materials
  • Updates CS Training Manual, keeping it current with changes to systems, guidelines and/or procedures
  • Partners with QA and CS Management to determine recurrent training needs; develops curriculum to support these needs and assists in delivery of training
  • Attends meetings relating to product, system and/or procedures changes, gathering needed information to document and roll out communication
  • Participates in customer and company listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with Corporate training in creation/modification of training materials

Qualifications – External

2+ years in a Customer Service environment with involvement in QA and training. Strong working knowledge of

zulily or comparable call center/customer service processes and techniques Excellent oral, written and interpersonal

communication skills Exceptional listening and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work well in a team

environment Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to internal/external customers Ability to implement new

process and procedures Ability to work autonomously with little supervision Exceptionally rigorous work ethic, adaptable

to ever-changing hours and demands Proficient in MS Excel and Word Bachelors degree is a plus, but not required
