Metrobi is a fast growing startup in business to business food and beverage delivery. Metrobi is VC-backed and an alumni of Techstars Boston, one of the leading accelerators in the US.

This Customer Success Manager role is a great opportunity to demonstrate your communication and customer management skills. The primary focus will be the onboarding and retention of small-and-medium sized businesses on our delivery platform. You'll use your skills in communication, identifying customer lifecycle events, and building workflows.

  • Partner with sales team to ensure smooth transition and on-boarding experience.
  • Act as advisor to customers to ensure they’re leveraging the solution effectively.
  • Monitor and identify usage trends to uncover risks and support greater adoption rates.
  • Track customer success KPI’s and provide internal feedback for process, efficiency and quality improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Customer Success for a software or tech company
  • Experience with building processes on CRM tools.
  • Experience with onboarding customers to technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience of owning retention, churn rate, and upsells.
  • Bonus: Passion or connection to the food and beverage industry

Pay: $44,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
