The Opportunity::

The Global Customers Associate will co-sell and support the development and expansion of North American Global Customer relationships along with the North American Global Key Account Manager (NA GKAM). Understand and align Global Customers’ requirements and processes with Enel X corporate services offerings, in order to drive new revenue.

What You'll Do at Enel::
  • Drive engagement and build relationships with executive and senior level leaders, mid-level directors and key stakeholders including functional business leads within Global Customers
  • Develop an understanding for all of Enel X’s global solutions/offerings and become “audible ready;” able to articulate our value and differentiators with global customer stakeholders
  • Keep abreast of new global Enel X offerings and market opportunities as they become available; align new potential offerings/market opportunities with customer interests/requirements
  • Align, adjust, and implement engagement strategies for Global Customers along with the NA GKAM, that will gain significant value through a joint business partnership
  • Support business case development for solutions by disseminating customer insights and data into the force framework and using the command of the message methodology
  • Support/develop global engagement workshops and business reviews with executives and senior energy/sustainability teams
  • Schedule independent follow up discussions with prospects where warranted and to check on progress of next steps
  • Work with the NA Global Customer team to develop customer facing presentation materials, and white space analysis to support pipeline growth
  • Manage Regional Customer workshops/follow up activities as needed
  • Centralize, document, and track relevant customer communication in Outlook and ECRM as part of the ongoing sales/communications team with prospects/customers
  • Manage the development/maintenance of Global Customer Account Plans to reflect both internal and external global relationship
  • Coordinate internal “Handshake” meetings with relevant Enel X / Enel global team members for co-selling efforts across 16 Enel X countries
  • Track global pipeline in collaboration with identified contacts within each Enel X country, and the Global Central Team in Rome
  • Provide internal and external stakeholders with appropriate prospect/customer updates
  • Assist in the development of written proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, as needed
  • Serve as a partner to NA GKAM in meeting sales and revenue targets for the team
Who You Are::
  • Familiar with player map software for power-base mapping
  • Abel to work autonomously and have flexibility to work across global markets
  • Extremely organized and accountable for following up on a multitude of activities and work streams
  • Abel to communicate internally with leaders across multiple business functions and across lines of the global operating business
  • Great presenter including written proposals and verbal value propositions
  • Excellent communicator, verbal and written
  • Technically adept and organized
  • Innovative – not afraid to be first
  • Motivated and take initiative
What You've Accomplished::
  • B.A. or B.S.
  • 8+ years of previous inside and outside sales experience, global sales experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience within the energy industry with knowledge of flexibility programs, energy storage, energy procurement, renewable energy including PPA’s, onsite PV, and renewable products, energy infrastructure/substations
  • Competence using PowerPoint, Excel and data management applications
  • Understanding of Force Framework Command of Message and MEDDPICC methodologies
  • Familiarity with, or a similar CRM
  • Preferred to have knowledge of powerbase selling
