As an individual with a positive and professional approach, you hold yourself and team accountable in exceeding client expectations, while managing the following duties:
- Promoting and cultivating a culture that is both positive and supportive to agents
- Providing ongoing training, mentoring and coaching of others to maintain productivity levels and sales targets
- Ensuring compliance with all transactions as it pertains to the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002, dealing effectively with regulatory matters
- Working closely with the leadership team, providing guidance to resolve matters that arise during the real estate process
To be successful in this role, you have a strong community focus and demonstrated ability to manage matters fairly and objectively. You are a licensed Broker with a solid record as a Real Estate Brokerage Manager of a medium to large brokerage, or team manager of a sizable team. With strong systems and job accountability, you take a collaborative approach with your team, applying your excellent interpersonal skills.
