Responsabilités :

  • Identifier et capitaliser sur les nouvelles opportunités commerciales sur les territoires assignés;
  • Implanter un plan d'affaires stratégique pour soutenir les clients existants et générer de nouvelles ventes;
  • Établir des relations durables avec les clients;
  • Comprendre les exigences du client pour garantir qu’une solution complète soit livré;
  • Préparer et livrer des présentations aux clients;
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe des opérations pour avoir les meilleurs résultats pour le client;

Exigences :

  • 2 ans d’expérience ou plus dans un environnement 3PL (non basé sur les actifs) est ESSENTIELLE;
  • Expérience dans les ventes de courtage de fret, avec une volonté de se développer professionnellement;
  • Capacité à comprendre les stratégies concurrentielles, les services de transport et les modèles de prix;
  • Compréhension de la vente SPIN ou d'autres modèles de vente basés sur les besoins;
  • Connaissance de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook et Access) et Salesforce.com;
  • Énergique, travailleur, entrepreneurial, responsable et proactif;
  • Organisé, axé sur les détails - excellentes compétences d’organisation et de suivi sont requises.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned territory;
  • Implement a strategic business plan to support existing customers and drive new sales;
  • Build lasting relationships with clients;
  • Understand client’s requirements to ensure a comprehensive solution is delivered;
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations;
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the best results for the client;
  • Responsible for achieving and surpassing sales targets;
  • Identify competitive threats in the marketplace;
  • Track all territory-based activities and submit reports electronically;
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 2 years or more experience in a 3PL (non-asset based) environment is ESSENTIAL;
  • Proven experience in freight brokerage sales, with a desire to grow professionally;
  • Ability to understand competitor strategies, transportation services and pricing patterns;
  • Understanding of SPIN selling or other needs-based selling models;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access) and Salesforce.com;
  • Hard Working, entrepreneurial, accountable and pro-active;
  • Organized, detail-oriented – excellent follow-up skills are essential.
