Job Description

The Account Executive/Sales Representative is responsible for helping execute against the sales strategy for ON Services. The Account Executive/Sales Representative will work closely with other sales leaders and team members to help drive and achieve sales goals. The Account Executive/Sales Representative will build a pipeline, meet sales targets, and help instill a results-based collaborative culture. The Account Executive/Sales Representative will assist with developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential key clients and potential accounts.

The candiate for this position could be located in Greensboro, Raleigh, Durham or Charlotte, NC or Greenvilee, SC.

Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000

Responsibilities:

  • Creates an active pipeline of potential clients.
  • Works closely with project managers and account managers to ensure an excellent client experience every time.
  • Meet identified sales targets.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to provide holistic solutions-focused ideas.
  • Develop and maintain key accounts.
  • Establish and utilize sales infrastructure and systems to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  • Work closely with bid production and marketing to develop go-to market presentations, demonstrations, and sales strategies.
  • Maintains a high level of knowledge of customers, markets, and competitor activity and providing feedback to company leadership.
  • Works with sales leadership to develop business models for potential new market partners.
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree required, MBA Preferred
  • 3-5 years of business development experience and/or account management in the live Event Industry with strong closing skills
  • Proven experience developing new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Analytical skills. Must be able to use Excel and other ERP tools. Experience in SalesForce Preferred.
  • Forecast and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills
  • Consultative communications style – effective listener
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Demonstrated strategic, solution-based problem solving skills
  • Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Travel as required- up to 60%
