We are looking for experienced and motivated Vietnamese/ Chinese/ Korean speaking Regional Sales Development Representatives to help us expand our market reach. As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in our sales efforts through the development of qualified leads that result in profitable partnerships and strong relationships in the medical community. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth

To be successful as a Regional Sales Development Representative, you should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and build rapport with potential customers. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize existing contacts in the medical community to establish and maintain good business relationships for the company with medical professionals and clients
  • Perform the day-to-day sales prospecting activities of the company
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of company products
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Qualifications:

  • AA or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Medical Sales/ Sales experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Market/ Medical field knowledge
  • Extensive network/ contacts of medical professionals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Persuasive and resilient.
  • Valid driver's license.

Experience/Knowledge:

  • Medical/Healthcare, 1-2 years (Preferred)
  • Sales and Marketing, 1-2 years (Preferred)
  • Customer Service - 2+ years
  • Fluent in Vietnamese/ Mandarin/ Korean

Work hours: Flexible Part-time/ Full-time

Pay: $20K + per month (Base plus commission)

Requirements (What we look for in candidates): Must-haves: - 4-8 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role. - Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. - Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. - Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. - Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven. - Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. - Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
