We are a national staffing firm with a presence in almost every major market across the United States seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts for our Phoenix, AZ (Glendale) branch.

Base salary plus commission equals an estimated annual first-year compensation of $100,000 and above.

MUST HAVES:
- Experience in Staffing Sales or pure B2B selling role in a similar industry with translatable skills
- Passion for closing new deals
- Ability to sell in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math for sales
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Professional presentation skills
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Contacting potential clients every day by phone call, email and in person visit
- Closing at least 2-4 new accounts a month
- Preparing and maintaining an organized pipeline of clients that you visit in person through scheduled meetings, or drop-ins
- Partnering with a recruiter in the office to fill open positions from the clients you acquire
IMPORTANT DETAILS!
- Salary range: Base salary of $60,000-$65,000 plus a commission percentage on all sales you bring in after you meet your personal production (in other words, your commission kicks in once you bring in enough sales to cover your base salary). You will also receive a commission percentage of gross profit from each of the offices you manage.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
