We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join Snap! Working on the Revenue Strategy team, you
will be tasked with providing thoughtful analysis and insights that will help the business make
informed decisions that aim to maximize revenue generation efforts. Working from our New York
City, Santa Monica or Chicago office, you’ll collaborate with Sales to build financial models,
develop reporting materials, and manage cross-functional communication & relationships.
What you'll do:
Deliver consistent, accurate, and insightful revenue reporting for Sales and executive leadership
Develop & maintain quarterly revenue forecasts through pacing analysis, sales pipeline management, and collaboration with the Sales team
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly advertising performance updates and forecast support
Provide weekly ad sales pacing reports for visibility on actuals vs. forecasts
Assist in generating quarterly revenue quotas and measuring against attainment
Manage communication with key stakeholders across the organization
Contribute to monthly business review presentations for executive leadership
Identify and implement process improvements to eliminate inefficiencies and/or Inconsistencies
Assist with ad hoc reporting and projects
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
A detail-oriented person who has a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational/project managing skills
Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and Excel skills
Someone who is self-directed and proactive
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and someone who feels comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
A consensus builder who can work in a cross functional capacity with Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, etc. to tackle complex problems
Someone who can multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced & ever-changing environment
Experience with Salesforce, Looker, BigQuery and/or Python a plus
BA/BS or MBA degree in in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent years of experience
2+ years of work experience preferably in Sales Finance or Media/Entertainment FP&A or Consulting
