As an Implementation Specialist for STChealth, you will play a critical role in the delivery of state-of-the-art software products for the healthcare industry, and be part of a team implementing vaccine reporting throughout states. You’ll need to have the ability to multitask, be creative, innovative, flexible, organized and be focused on achieving specific goals for customer success. About the Position

  • Interact with clients as Primary Point of Contact for New and Existing Clients implementing Immslink as Interface Solution for Data Transfer to State Registries.

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customeraccounts through open and interactive communication.

  • Responsible for providing excellent customer experience for all clients throughout the Implementation Process.

  • Validate requirements with the customer using various tools such as Use Cases, diagrams, and storyboarding.

  • Maintains focus on customer Needs & Requirements while adhering to STC Business Standards.

  • Functions as the Technical Expert for clients in Initial Connectivity and Setup.

  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in Data Transfers.

  • Manages Project from Conception Through Go Live.

  • Completes or Assists Registration & Enrollment for Clients with State Registries, depending on contract terms.

  • Schedules & Plans Client-Facing Meetings.

  • Once Credentials received, maintains high level oversight of project. Intercedes if stalled.

  • With Onboarding Facilitator, Schedules & Plans Go Live Dates, Meetings & Celebrations!

  • Consolidate and organize disparate client processes into unified systematic processes.

  • Strong focus on data – drive the mapping of data requirements for User Interface & Azure.

  • Collaborate with development, onboarding and interface teams on planning and process improvement.

  • Actively participate in team processes and meetings.


About You

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field as either a software business analyst or systems business analyst related position, responsible for requirements and analysis work.

  • Project Management experience or equivalent training required.

  • Prior knowledge / experience in the medical industry preferred.

  • Prior SQL experience or training preferred.

  • Working knowledge / understanding of HL7 a huge plus.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Familiarity with EHR / EMR platforms and data strongly preferred.

  • Must have a working understanding of UML.

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must work well with others as part of a team and work under tight time constraints.

  • Must have excellent time management skills and a high attention to detail.
