Waynes is a fast-growing pest and lawn company that is dedicated to consistent growth through traditional and online marketing. We have Service Centers in Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Inside Sales Director to help us grow an expanding team in the pest control industry. A leader who has a proven track record of successfully leading an inbound sales team of 10+ members, in a high-volume environment would be a great fit!

  • Expertise at leading teams through a constantly evolving environment
  • Prior experience leading a growing sales team
  • The ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team to hone their craft to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly targets are met
  • A track record of increasing an organization’s efficiency, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction by leveraging call center technologies and process enhancements
  • A highly motivated personality, serious about self-development in the leadership & call center arena, and a strong work ethic
  • A knack for outside-the-box thinking and a love of problem solving & creativity


  • Assists with the development of performance standards, measurements, and corrective devices through which approved plans and goals are accomplished within the sales organization
  • Conducts initial and on-going training of Inside Sales team members, conducts evaluations and coaching, conducts side-by-side visits to assist with development
  • Holds accountability sessions with Inside Sales team members regarding KPI performance
  • Assists with reporting; prepares reporting for leadership strategy meetings
  • Assesses, evaluates, and puts programs into place to increase the quality of calls
  • Analyzes and assesses training needs to identify gaps and recommend skill-gap training solutions; consults with management to ensure that training programs are current and aligned with business needs and goals.
  • Monitors and ensures proper use of sales materials and tools and overall compliance.
  • Executes activities to reach productivity and quality objectives.
  • Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies


  • 2+ years Sales team leadership experience, at a Manager or Supervisor Level
  • Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting business data/reports
  • Ability to perform business mathematics
  • Ability to coach, support, sales initiatives, and training
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, agents, and customers
  • Ability to use telephone, computer, and other required technology
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

This position requires the ability to work full-time, five to six days per week and approximately 8 hours per day. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
Requires constant sitting and talking, mental alertness and hearing. Requires constant use of telephone and other technology associated with a customer service and Inside Sales. Must possess physical ability and stamina to work indoors. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Must be able to perform essential job functions in an environment that will sometimes include increased levels of work-related stress. Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs. Incumbent must be prepared to:
