Responsibilities and Duties

  • Recruit, hire, and train sales team.
  • Analyze current team procedures and processes, identify areas of improvement, and implement them.
  • Set sales goals, analyze performance to goals and adjust them as needed.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Coach and mentor team members and provide them with feedback, fostering a collaborative team and work environment.
  • Observe and measure individuals to assess their performance and suggest corrective actions as required.
  • Take initiative, start projects individually, independently identify solutions, and work without supervision.
  • Create and prepare effective sales packages and presentations for clientele.
  • Generate new sales leads by finding and indentifying clientele.


  • 1 year in roofing sales
  • 2 years of sales management experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Loves to help other people grow and is a quick learner
  • Results-focused with team player mindset
