We’re looking for a result-driven Key Sales Account Executive to actively manage, engage and grow an existing book of business to further enhance the BizX community. Keys to success in this role are a robust and well-managed pipeline, a high degree of proactivity, a deep understanding of the BizX business solution, strong organizational skills, and a razor-sharp grasp of proven arguments and methods.

What You’ll Do In This Role:
- Follow a proven BizX Playbook for account growth
- Act as a strategic advisor to our members' businesses to help them grow their business and cash flow
- Consult with members and provide financial solutions, with a demonstrated ability to interact at a peer level with C-level executives and business owners
- Analyze member supply and demand within member community to identify needs and prioritize important growth opportunities
- Promote highly profitable transactions
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of standard business practices
- Build and maintain relationships and an understanding of members’ needs and business structure to ensure satisfaction and community involvement
- Screen and identify member opportunities that fit the company’s purpose and mission through efficient pipeline management and member engagement
- Balance both personal workload and supporting team to prioritize member opportunities for maximum growth
- Grow the BizX community through member referral sales and new member prospecting
Who You Are:
- 3 or more years of experience as a sales representative and/or account manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets and KPI’s
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in consultative sales
- Excellent selling, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong communication skills to enhance relationship management
- Collaborative, resourceful, and coachable
- Solid time management and organizational skills; attention to detail
- Ability to create and deliver sales presentations tailored to the company needs
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools such as Hubspot
