WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
CSM’s Account Managers work as part of an account team that integrates creative, PR, social media, digital, experiential, promotional, and strategy to bring a brand marketing campaign to life.
Account Managers are responsible for coordinating, supporting, and staying on top of key aspects of the program, ensuring that quality work is provided to each client in a timely, cost-effective manner. The Account Manager is also responsible for day-to-day operations of the account in support of the Account Director, ensuring key deliverables are on brief, on time, and on budget.
Our Account Managers are passionate and knowledgeable about the power of experiential as part of a fully integrated approach to brand marketing. You’ll be joining an energetic, passionate, and creative team who is largely based in New York.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
3–5 years of successful experience in producing integrated brand marketing or experiential marketing. Agency experience is a plus
A full understanding of core account management capabilities and the basics of the components to build an integrated marketing campaign
Detail-oriented and demonstrates project management skills, inclusive of managing and prioritizing projects with multiple and often competing deadlines, and ability to work under pressure
Experience working with cross-functional teams, as well as vendor management negotiation and supervision
Ability to work independently, under supervision, and in a team-based and goal-oriented environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong organizational, detail, and interpersonal skills
Quick thinker, able problem-solver – track record of proactive and solutions-oriented account management service
Passionate, curious, proactive, and creative
Self-starter, entrepreneurial, willing to try things he/she/they hasn't done before
Travel and weekend work, as needed
