Sales Focus, Inc. a global leader in Sales Outsourcing is growing. We are opening a second state-of-the-art office in Charleston, SC. SFI is currently seeking dedicated lead generators to join our brand new Sales Team!

Competitive Base Salary Plus UNCAPPED Commission, 2 weeks paid vacation, 10 Paid holidays, Health, Dental, Vision, 401k!

Job Responsibilities

  • As a lead generator, it’s your job to set appointments and find potential clients for the sales team.
  • You are the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers.
  • The successful candidate will have persuasive communication skills and demonstrate a consultative sales style.
  • Lead generation and qualification through digital channels and cold calls
  • Digital: Develop campaigns that gather leads. Qualify them and pass them to Client to close
  • Cold Calls - From segments provided by Client


  • Inside Sales Experience a plus
  • B2B Sales Experience a Plus
  • Understands the basics of selling/marketing
  • The perfect candidate must be ambitious, outgoing, self-motivated, positive, organized, a good listener, strategic thinker, and persuasive.
  • Cold calling
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills are a MUST
  • Hunter mentality. Able to get through the gatekeeper, comfortable speaking with C-Level Executives
  • Experience with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Understands how to plan and having the ability to manage time
  • Understanding of CRM practices and experience with HubSpot

This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - The proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
