Who We Seek

We are looking for a proactive account manager with experience in overseeing enterprise-level client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of client needs in print and IT services, including business goals and challenges. They will enhance client satisfaction by implementing strategies that reflect the Les Olson Company's mission. This role involves pipeline development and collaboration with the deal team to close sales successfully. You will be hunting for new leads; finding new accounts is a part of the job. Building strong relationships with key influencers and decision-makers in the print and IT sectors is essential. Continuous improvement of industry knowledge will be vital to effectively position our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a strong connection between client objectives and our service offerings in print.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to boost growth and profitability across our service portfolio.
  • Proactively engage clients to uncover new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Maintain a robust professional network within client organizations to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and partner landscape within assigned accounts.
  • Create and execute detailed business plans for assigned accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; background in engineering or technology is a plus.
  • 6-10 years of experience in account management, preferably in the IT or print industry.
  • Prior experience in various sales roles is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
