Job Description

Dive into the exciting digital and tech marketing universe by joining our team. Ubiweb is an emerging agency offering digital solutions to small and medium sized businesses. We are looking for a sales representative to solidify our existing team. Under the guidance of our sales director, this role is responsible for driving revenue through relationships with Ubiweb’s existing clients through up-selling and renewals. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be in charge of creating the first contact with new sources of customers and building solid sales opportunities for the consultant team as well as qualifying any leads you come into contact with.
Your responsibilities: *

  • Work jointly with the Sales Director to develop new strategies to grow the sales network and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals
  • Schedule qualified prospect meetings for the senior consultant team
  • Develop prospecting techniques and your network to expand our pool of potential customers and brand image
  • Educate potential customers on digital products and strategies tailored to customer needs as well as our solutions for their specific industry
  • Organize consultants schedules for whom you will plan meetings, calls and conferences
  • Manage the existing customer database using Hubspot, to ensure that all communications are recorded and listed
  • Data entry in order to always nurtur our database
  • Be an ambassador for the Ubiweb team

What you can bring to the team: *

  • More than 2 years of experience in sales by phone or in person
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus or a strong desire to improve your knowledge (Website, SEO, SEM, Community management, etc.)
  • Perfectly bilingual
  • Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills, including good listening and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, dynamic and quota-based environment
