You will be central to driving sales for our rapidly growing company, leading the way as we pursue expansion in the U.S., Canada and abroad. This position offers a challenge to anyone who’s looking to take their career to the next level by taking on serious accountability and working with an experienced SaaS Sales leadership team. The Manager, Sales Development role is to manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (inbound) that are responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their assigned leads. They generate new business opportunities to fuel different business unit pipelines by conducting strategic research and calling hot leads. You will play a key role as you lead/manage this highly visible and motivated team that achieves individual, team and organizational quotas. You'll be a valuable contributor to the corporate sales strategy while providing definition and implementation of the plan for Sales to achieve corporate objectives.  We aren’t looking for any traditional Sales Manager to join this team. We are looking for an individual that thrives in a high-velocity environment. We are looking for a leader who is eager to continue to build on our success. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - The proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
