This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, execution, and operational excellence. With a deep focus on understanding and highlighting root causes from multiple information streams, the role requires the ability to problem solve with a solutions-oriented approach that drives business outcomes whilst working collaboratively with our business leads at Allvue
  • Deep dive process reviews, data gathering and implementation of best practice and target operating models
  • Project Management of a broad book of work, supporting multiple business sponsors
  • Provides timely commentary on project progress and deliverables, using both Jira and other tools to communicate to clients and internal teams
  • Become the go-to person on new processes and procedures implemented by the Transformation Office

  • 5-10 years’ experience in a BA or PMO role, within Banking, Finance or Technology
  • Demonstrates high level of client focus, with experience working in SaaS firms an advantage
  • Experience of buy side front and middle office business concepts
  • Drive to optimize efficiencies to scale, experience designing and implementing Target Operating Models
  • High level of communication and capable of presenting/interacting with Executive level Management
  • Ability to decompose complex processes into methodical steps and propose prioritization plans
  • Demonstrates a clear ownership mentality and not afraid to ‘roll up the sleeves’ to achieve results
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally with the ability to modify approach where appropriate
  • Collaborative partner and team player
  • Superior technology skills, able to turn multiple inputs into consumable data for Senior Management decision making
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Allvue’s Transformation Office (TO) is the enterprise function responsible for driving the complex strategic and operational initiatives that make the executive vision a reality, while prioritising key areas associated to Organizational Structure, People, Processes, and Technology. Change is a constant for organisations, with success hinging on their ability to transform and adapt with the ever-changing market. Having a dedicated Transformation team to enable the business to execute its current strategy, responding to emerging market transformation trends, is increasingly important for Allvue’s future success and an imperative competitive advantage.

This role will be a critical resource within the Transformation team, leading and supporting a broad portfolio of projects, assessing current operating models within the Allvue business lines, proposing recommendations to improve the client experience and implementing efficiencies within our business processes. The role also has elements of project management, ensuring our team delivers to timelines and actively promoting our progress and project deliveries by proactive engagement and internal communication.
