Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrates a thorough level of knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member in the following areas:

  • Engaging with current and prospective customers on the phone, live chat and via email to provide answers to their questions and guide them through the sales cycle for a purchase in a timely manner;

  • Prospecting, receiving and qualifying incoming leads by assessing the prospect’s needs and verifying the opportunity for closure;

  • Building and managing a pipeline from cold prospect to close/contract;

  • Reporting weekly/monthly/quarterly on sales metrics utilizing CRM system (Salesforce);

  • Developing a thorough understanding of our products, assisting in sales presentations and online demonstrations of our products if required to close;

  • Building rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication and meetings; and,

  • Helping to mentor newer members of the team.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success in a customer-facing, deal closing inside sales role emphasizing the following areas:

  • Operating with a sense of urgency and demonstrating agility in an ever-changing environment;

  • Working with prospects and PwC sales teams as an inside sales representative with quota responsibility for select products in target markets;

  • Cultivate new leads within assigned sales territory, visit prospects/customers on a regular basis;

  • Performing online research to answer customer questions and concerns;

  • Working in a teaming environment, building and sustaining relationships with peers and colleagues;

  • Promoting company goals and ideals to customers, channel partners and the market in general;

  • Deliver world-class sales presentations (formal and informal), targeting senior-level economic buyer decision makers, incorporating product demonstrations as appropriate;

  • Translate business needs into product features, articulating business benefits of product features and technologies, licensing and customer success;

  • Position product value financially and operationally, positioning/personalizing value to prospects on an individual, company and extended client basis;

  • Identify objections and build strategies to overcome concerns;

  • Close meetings with actionable and time-bound mutual commitments and next steps;

  • Drive business relationships, with proven strategies and ability to negotiate pricing, terms and Agreements to close;

  • Maintain urgency, with the agility/flexibility to maintain a positive and motivating workstyle environment; with a growth-oriented, learning, entrepreneurial mindset;

  • Manage multiple opportunities at various sales stages, using strong and consistent follow-up skills to drive opportunities forward (or qualify out);

  • Use solid verbal and written communication skills to actively listen, understand, question and translate information into a value proposition; and,

  • Utilize technical tools such as Salesforce, MixMax, Truly, Google suite including Docs, Slides, and Sheets, and MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Meet.

  • Incentive Commissions – Our incentive commission program provides recognition of your contributions, with exponential multiplies for performance and no cap on potential earnings.

  • Full benefits – PwC offers you the choice of three medical plans through UnitedHealthcare. Premiums, deductibles and coinsurance vary depending on the plan. Preventive care is covered at 100% with network doctors in all three plans. In addition, a tax-efficient Health Savings Account is available; vision care coverage enables you to obtain services and purchase eyeglasses and lenses at reduced rates; dental plans covers services ranging from diagnostic and preventive care to orthodontic treatment — all available from your choice of providers.

  • Family and Personal sick time – To assist employees in maintaining work-life quality, the firm’s policy provides an unprescribed number of sick days for all US full-time and part-time staff scheduled to work at least 1,000 hours a year.
