Position Summary
The Sales Manager for Construction Services is responsible for revenue growth and achieving sales targets. They develop business plans to grow the Construction Service line of business. This position will have opportunities for growth, as the sales team expands by geography and offerings.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving revenue growth in the Construction services department of CB
- Responsible for setting and achieving sales targets to support the company’s ability to achieve monthly budget revenue

Utilizing the CRM to assist the following:
- Ensure the sales pipeline is maintained and filled to match operational capacity
- Work with other departments to make sure that work brought in is profitable and can be performed in a timely manner
- Maintain relationships with customers for recurring growth
- Analyze sales data intelligence to drive sales strategies
- Coordinate sales activities, quotas, and goals.
- Work with Operations leader to ensure alignment on strategy and new product offerings.
- Represent CB in the community and at networking events.
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of competition.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with team members inside and outside of the organization.
- Problem-solving- Identify and resolve problems efficiently; gather and analyze information; develop solutions; use reason, with a bias to execute quickly.
- Customer Service- Manages difficult client situations; responds promptly to customer needs; solicits client feedback to improve service; meets commitments.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated; capable of taking initiative, successfully handling, and prioritizing multiple competing assignments, and effectively managing deadlines.
- A passion for working in a high-growth business at the pace and expectations of the culture.
- A passion for success, a positive and friendly attitude, and a consistent work ethic are all a must.
- Intermediate computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of office equipment including copier, fax, scanner, and postage.
Working Environment/Physical Requirements
- Office Environment.
- Position involves:
- Extended periods of time working at a computer terminal
- Extended periods of time in an outside setting meeting with customers and clients
- Extended periods of walking/standing at trade shows and networking events
- Driving to customer meetings/networking events.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; sit and use hands. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Requirements
- Preferred Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in outside sales with a proven track record
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR **Must maintain a valid driver’s license during entire employment**
- Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screen
- Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check
