How you can make a difference
We are looking for a skilled inside sales team member to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Tier I team member must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, build instant rapport, and generate interest from warm and cold prospects.

To be successful as an Inside Sales team member, you should be comfortable responding to inbound leads within a 5-minute window, making outound cold calls, quickly identifying needs through a needs-audit converstion, and building interest in furthering a sales conversation with our field sales team.

What you’ll be doing

HealthEquity’s Inside Sales Tier I team member will be responsible for driving sales through:
  • Calling inbound leads quickly and efficiently
  • Leveraging sequence and cadence tools to continue outreach to inbound leads
  • Discovering new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls & emails
  • Generating interest from warm and cold leads
  • Qualifying sales opportunities
  • Scheduling appointments for appropriate sales team members
  • Accurately tracking all sales activity through CRM
What you will need to be successful
  • High school diploma or equivalent, 4-year degree a plus
  • Proven phone sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience calling 70+ calls per day
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Proficiency with Outlook
  • Experience working with Outreach.io or similar sequence/cadence systems
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • CDHP and HSA knowledge and experience strongly preferred
