Sales Development Executive
Looking for a competitive Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services, they will also research sales competition.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling company solutions in a specific geographic territory
  • Prospecting and generating their own leads need to be included in the list
  • Achieve revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Forecast the business accurately
  • Develop strategic account plans on larger deals
  • Maintain the integrity of the CRM system
  • Be a trusted resource and counsel to marketing and development providing important customer input
  • Proactively and aggressively prospect for new-name business in a defined territory
  • Develop and maintain an individual sales pipeline to exceed quota performance
  • Collaborate with extended team to provide a coordinated, integrated experience for customers and prospects


  • 1-4 years of experience
  • Previous experience with cold outreach, building, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Must have excellent verbal and basic computer skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills over the phone and email
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Flexible schedule
  • Highly motivated with the discipline to work autonomously

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
