As a Sr. Partner Program Manager, you will work to enforce, monitor, and drive improvements for the OpenText SMBC Division Partner Program.

Working with other internal teams such as Sales, Customer Success and Sales Engineering to align the partner and value to the customer.
Being adaptable and quickly adjusting to changing business priorities and challenges.
Connecting the dots between our programs and how they are being used by and impacting our partners.
Understanding the needs of our partners and sales teams globally, and how best to tailor programs to help them succeed.
Coordinating with the existing cross functional teams to evolve the program so that our partners are successful.
Run the day-to-day operation of the partner program and help enable a smooth end-to-end partner experience.
Create processes, set best practices, and build replicable patterns for global and regional go-to-market initiatives.
Standardize reporting to understand how partners successfully move through the program with the awareness that we always want to optimize the process.
Refine, improve, and communicate effective program policies, processes and new models that will accelerate growth and scale for the programs team and reduce administrative burdens for the team.
Creation and development of the global partner experience to gain maximum productivity from partners
Coordination of global partner networks and maintaining consistency across all territories
Liaison with programs leadership on developing, managing, and analyzing the results of new initiatives through a pilot to global roll-out approach
Maintain and enhance Partner Program specific documentation such as Partner Program Guides and lead activities such as the tiered partner program.
Enforce operational and program guidelines for partner program initiatives, including Joint Business Plans, MDF, Internal Use Programs, and more.
Monitor, manage, and report on key partner program initiatives and metrics.
What It Takes
5+ years’ experience administrating a Channel Partner Program.
Experience with defining and reporting on KPIs within Salesforce and Tableau.
B2B SaaS industry experience a big plus.
Experience working Value Added Resellers, Managed Service Providers, or Distributors is a plus.
The ability to work effectively across functions (Operations, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and Product) and organization levels (executives, peers, individual contributors).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
