What you'll do

Training

  • Proactively plan and execute sales training at new and existing locations
  • Evaluate the outcomes of training sessions and maintain records of trainees' progress and achievements
  • Develop and update training and standard guides

Touring

  • Conduct tours that showcase value to the Potential Members specific needs
  • Present Saltbox to potential Members in a welcoming, engaging, and professional manner
  • Able to tell a story about how prospect company can thrive while operating at Saltbox
  • Report to the Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

Events and Partnerships

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in current and upcoming markets
  • Qualify leads from marketing events to sales opportunities
  • Initiating local partnerships and events to help develop brand awareness and lead generation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in sales or related industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Experience working and thriving in a fast based environment
  • Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM
  • Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills
