iA Auto Finance is a Canadian-owned, national auto finance company. It started as Canadian Title Loans (CTL) in 2011 and was purchased by the iA Financial Group in 2016. We are now iA Auto Finance, a wholly owned subsidiary of iA Financial Group, we are a broad-spectrum lender that provides automotive loans to Canadians who need to buy a car but can’t obtain traditional bank financing.

For our dealer partners, we pride ourselves on delivering the fastest loan approvals in the business and an exceptional service experience. For our borrowers, our Rate Reducing Loan allows them to save money, pay their loans off faster and improve their credit score.

Our goal is to become the preferred source of financing for the over 5 million Canadians who do not fit within the parameters of our National lenders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, develop and maintain strong business relationships with dealer principals and business managers within your territory
  • Effectively and professionally present the benefits and opportunities of the iA Auto Finance dealer programs to existing and new dealers
  • Exceed the overall market goals and dealer performance objectives by developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Provide the best financing solutions and effectively communicate between Credit and Funding departments and dealership personnel to secure it
  • Develop and implement successful business plans to align with corporate goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our dealer partners

Experience and Education:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in auto finance required, preferably in sales, and in the non–prime market
  • 1 to 2 years of credit underwriting experience preferred
  • Ability to operate out of a home office and travel throughout the Quebec City region
  • Extensive knowledge of the Quebec City market and dealer base
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain solid business relationships with all levels of key dealer personnel, with a primary focus on key decision makers
  • High level of accountability and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Well-developed presentation, relationship building and sales skills
  • Solid understanding of F&I department functions
  • Ability to work independently and across functional teams
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Dealership operations and product knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $60,000.00 per year
