Job Description

The Master Bridal Stylist is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the overall management of sales, staff, merchandise, customer service, and operations. Responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, building highly motivated teams, and developing Sales Associates to the next level.


  • Accountable to achieve sales goals
  • Oversee day-to-day boutique operations, policies and procedures, and staff scheduling.
  • Working diligently with the entire team to meet or exceed showroom sales goals, and other key success metrics such as conversion rate, and average order value
  • Implements and maintains all required service standards
  • Personally assists clients as required and proactively solves any potential customer issues
  • Manages the schedules to reflect the needs of the business
  • Ensures efficient and effective customer experiences


  • Demonstrate a high level of leadership
  • Attentive to your own personal appearance and style.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Strong salesmanship, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • A problem-solver, patient and be able to work under the pressure
  • 3 to 5 years of Retail Management experience. Bridal experience is an asset
  • Fabric and construction knowledge is a plus
  • Flexible to work any/all business hours to support the needs of the business
  • Assist in supervising a sample room
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced retail environment and to make decisions quickly
  • Passion for resolving issues and a strong belief in always creating an incredible customer experience
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees.
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays

  • The candidate must be able to lift 20 lbs without assistance and be able to be on their feet for extended periods of time.
  • Bilingual is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $37,109.00 - $135,175.00 per year


  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay

All customers are required to wear a mask, common used surfaces are sanitized regularly.


  • Bachelor's (Preferred)


  • Supervising Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Retail sales: 4 years (Preferred)
