Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of business development strategies
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track and analyze sales data
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Lead project management efforts for new business initiatives
Experience
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth
- Experience in customer relationship management and maintaining client satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
