Job Description

We are looking for an Account Coordinator who will perform set up and processing of orders for new and existing accounts in a task based workflow process. If you are detail-oriented, technologically savvy, and able to complete multiple tasks for different teams/clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, we would like to speak with you. In this role, you will develop a comprehensive background in business licensing across a wide-array of industries. Ultimately, you will drive growth to our company by being an essential part of the Product Management team.

LicenseLogix is a team of business licensing experts dedicated to helping companies across the U.S build and manage their license portfolios. We serve as the licensing department for businesses in all U.S. jurisdictions. We assist every type of business entity in researching, obtaining, and maintaining their licenses or permits.


· Set-up and modify new and existing client accounts for order fulfillment in our internal system while adhering to specific task-based workflow processes

· Processing client accounts to create licenses, apply requisite templates, identify and centralize client specific application materials, and create/monitor tasks for order fulfillment

· Generate invoices by following billing protocols

· Collaborate with team members across all LicenseLogix service teams

· Work with Sales and Business Development to onboard new client relationships by reviewing incoming orders to ensure accurate set-up and performing order set-up functions while maintaining confidentiality of data

· Move orders through the workflow process and delegate time-sensitive, task-based assignments to other team members per SOPs

· Work within our CRM system to build license data into client accounts

· Communicate directly with clients regarding license and order setup matters


· Ability to work in a fast paced environment with various workflows and deadline-driven tasks

· Ability to produce a large number of daily outputs while maintaining quality controls

· Problem solving skills along with the ability to identify issues and resolve them independently

· Effective at organizing large quantities of information

· MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) skills intermediate or higher

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills and team player

· Bachelor's Degree or higher

· Experience with license applications and/or jurisdictions preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
