We are currently seeking a Fleet Leasing Administrator to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose/Summary of Position:

This role is responsible for supporting the Fleet Manager with the dealerships’ fleet and commercial accounts. This important role is responsible for following up with clients, within the lease portfolio, that are coming due within 15 months. Upon connecting with a client, you schedule time for them to meet with their sales representative to review all their options. The Fleet Leasing Administrator will also be responsible for preparing tenders, licensing, creating PO's, coordinating deliveries, and preparing paperwork for delivery; and championing the customer experience.

Required Qualifications:

Attention to detail is paramount and the ability to create and maintain detailed notes is essential.

Candidates must possess:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Post-Secondary Education Preferred
