Our new Product Marketing Manager is responsible for: *
Supporting the growth of Adlib’s Content Intelligence SaaS Platform. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will tap into your entrepreneurial spirit to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies. You will champion an iterative approach using continuous experimentation and learning to achieve strong product-market fit and well-differentiated value propositions. You will develop messaging to communicate value at every stage of the customer journey—from awareness through evaluation and trial to adoption and advocacy. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, you will work in close collaboration with Product Management, Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment and success. You bring knowledge, creativity, and passion to the role as you work to build awareness of new products for both internal and external stakeholders.

Our new Product Marketing Manager will: *

  • Partner with the new product development team to develop a deep understanding of our market, segments, ideal client profiles, buyer’s journey, and personas.
  • Develop and continually refine Adlib’s product positioning and messaging for our target market segments and provide proof points with compelling customer stories and use cases.
  • As the voice of the customer, understand the industry, pain points, and ongoing differentiation for target audiences, to inform the product roadmap and marketing strategy.
  • Create and maintain a value proposition framework that clearly articulates the unique value of using our products to help solve their most pressing challenges.
  • Develop and execute GTM integrated plans that drive demand, pipeline, and bookings.
  • Be an expert on our competition, how they are positioned, and how we win against them.
  • Ensure sales and customer success are ready to sell and support new products & expansion.
  • Develop and foster relationships with industry associations, analysts, and influencers to accurately represent Adlib’s solution to the market and build our brand.
  • Support campaign themes by helping to craft compelling content—including infographics, white papers, eBooks, case studies, blog posts and webinars, —that helps engage and inspire at every stage in the customer journey.
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards and reports to deliver clear insights on product marketing activities and use analytics to adapt, learn, and grow faster.

Our new Product Marketing Manager has:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a demonstrated experience in product marketing or as a marketing analyst in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Product, or related field
  • Consistent track record of successfully positioning, messaging, and launching products across a broad range of customer types and geographies.
  • Ability to think about the big picture to drive strategic organization-wide initiatives with a keen eye for the details required to see them to completion.
  • Expertise in distilling complex concepts and ideas into clear and concise narratives to communicate with potential customers, partners, and market influencers.
  • Superb verbal and written communication; with a strong ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong research skills and ability to pull trends and analysis from different resources, including customer & buyer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive analysis to drive strategic marketing decisions.

  • You have exceptional organizational and time management skills and understand where to invest your time to maximize results.
