Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors and contacts sales leads generated by the Dealership Customer Relations Management System
- Determines customer vehicle needs by listening and asking questions
- Operates telephone equipment and other telecommunications technologies
- Follows pre-determined scripts when contacting sales leads via telephone
- Sets customer appointments for Internet Department Sales Consultants
- Tracks and inputs customer information into Dealership CRM
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- OPEN AVAILABILITY INCLUDING EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS
- CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
- CLEAN BACKGROUND CHECK
- VALID CA DRIVERS LICENSE
- ABILITY TO OBTAIN A SALES LICENSE FROM THE DMV
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role a plus
