Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. The main function of a business analyst is drive Client business partner and gaming industry go to market strategy. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget. The business analyst usually reports to a project manager or director.

What You’ll Do:
Partner with gaming sales teams to accelerate revenue growth, enable technological capabilities and accelerate product adoption by leveraging Client Business Partners

Drive executive communications and alignment with Sales leadership & cross-functional stakeholders to set the partner vision and go-to-market strategy by gaming segments

Work directly with gaming clients and key internal stakeholders (sales leadership, account managers, marketing and product teams) to understand client needs and identify market opportunities to shape the development of partner enabled solutions

Develop a sales enablement strategy to drive adoption through the sales teams channels via content, training and analytics

Partner closely with training resources to lead, design, and participate in training programs to further partner product knowledge within sales and drive adoption of partner solutions

Track KPIs of solution adoption, client wins and performance across different verticals and report to stakeholders on a regular basis

Must Haves:
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

8+ years' direct experience of consultative or solution selling/digital marketing, in the online advertising, gaming or marketing technology industry or equivalent

Demonstrated experience to operate at scale across multiple teams and initiatives

Experience of analyzing complex business problems and presenting technology solutions for these at multiple levels from C-level through to functional managers

Experience working effectively and cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally

Project management and quantitative/analytical skills

Entrepreneurial, self-starter with communication and influence skills

Knowledge of gaming industry

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.

Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at our Customer’s San Francisco CA, or Austin TX, or New York NY, or Los Angeles CA office once it is determined safe to do so.
