About the role

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about providing an excellent customer experience and exceeding customer expectations, to join our team as an Account Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity as this role is a critical element of the Client Experience Team at CCi! Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development and Client Experience and working collaboratively to understand and deliver on our clients’ direct and indirect needs. The mission is to drive growth through customer success resulting from exceptional account development and project management.

As an Account Manager, you will work in a challenging, high paced environment where your input contributes to the success of CCi as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

· Relationship building – learn and maintain records on each customer’s organization, players, roles, and influencers.

· Interact with stakeholders and build trusting relationships enabling CCi to be seen as their trusted advisor.

· Receive, process, coordinate, and manage customer requests.

· Understand internal CCi practices and solutions – apply them to varying situations and client needs.

· Coordinate and effectively communicate, internally and externally, on-going account activities.

· Identify risks, determine their cause, and develop plan to mitigate them.

· Ensure accurate annual and monthly revenue forecasts.

· Proactive communication with the accounts (weekly and monthly updates), including active project associated risks, and project backlog.

· Set proper expectations with clients.

· Develop proposals and quote customer projects with pricing guidance from the VP.

· Ensure that the onboarding and integration of new accounts is carried out in a consistent, planned, organized manner, to ensure new clients have an excellent customer experience from day one.

We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:

· Post-secondary education required.

· Valid passport for international travel.

· Collision industry/body shop experience considered a strong asset.

· 3-5 years required of demonstrable client and project management experience.

· Strong gif game for internal dialogue.

· Experience with Microsoft suite.

· Strong customer service skills and commitment to meet or exceed customer requirements.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to take ideas from conceptual to implementation.

· Strong detail-oriented project management skills and processes (PMP certification is a strong advantage).

· Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

· Medium to expert level table tennis skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
