What Your Day Looks Like: Your day is filled with inside sales, customer service, and collaboration with the team. You’ll answer emails and phone calls from customers and use your knowledge base to ensure that they get the right products for their needs. You’ll coordinate with our estimating team to provide the customer with an idea of what their individual costs will be. You’ll schedule installations and provide the best customer service around. You’re going to be focused on being the main point of contact for the customer from beginning to end.
What You’ll Need to Succeed: The ideal residential sales representative will have 1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B, software/hardware, or other technical sales role. You’ll have a base knowledge of electrical systems and electric vehicles, even if you don’t drive one yourself. (We’ll give you our specific training, but a working knowledge will be helpful!) Multi-tasking and keeping organized will be critical for your success. You’ll be proficient in Google Suite and Copper CRM, as well as have experience with Mac computers. Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing, the ability to sit for long periods, and a problem-solving attitude will set you apart from other candidates. Have management experience? Even better!
