Job Summary

An AI Customer Success Manager within the rapidly growing Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence (AI CoE) works within the client onboarding team and is directly responsible for helping drive AI products and services into the fabric of Allstate. You’ll work directly with a product manager & engineering team to enable value across our AI portfolio.
What is customer success? Often voted as one of the top 50 job areas in America, your day-to-day consists of managing clients from their initial intake through final delivery of their first few releases. This includes helping them determine feasibility, understand product limitations, improve process, quantify value, and break down work into a release train using Agile methodology. You’ll also help onboard their resources, ensure compliance to best practices and otherwise shepherd them down a path towards success and obtainment of their goals for the products & services we provide. In summary, lead enterprise clients through the adoption of cutting-edge solutions that drive an entire new level of operational efficiency at Allstate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to help them understand and take advantage of AI solutions and ensure they quickly maximize their returned value while minimizing their organizational risk
  • Establish consultative and trusted relationships with clients
  • Develop standardized best practices and onboarding process strategies across all products
  • Transition new clients into AI products seamlessly and create consistent process across all products that factor in both their business and technology operational objectives
  • Drive planning sessions to ensure client is developing an execution strategy that most successfully leverages our products to meet their performance and operational goals including help with calculating productivity savings and establishing client specific KPIs for success measurement
  • Understand client business goals and current processes and needs. Use this knowledge to anticipate future needs to deliver optimal solutions
  • Analyze ambiguous problems. Break down complex information in a systematic and communicable format using data analysis, data analytics, data visualization and/or other proven technical methodologies
  • Develop written materials and ensure understanding of technical matters by non-technical decision makers
  • Leverage process mapping to visually demonstrate all the steps and decisions in a process with internal and external teams
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and check-in points with key clients
  • Use advanced communication skills and organized project management mindset to influence adoption strategy and best practices
  • Elicit client feedback to act as internal advocate for our clients
  • Ensure client expectations are exceeded consistently
  • Communicate regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • At least 5 years experience working in a professional environment
  • Comfortable ideating and communicating using visual means
  • i.e. Whiteboards, Power Point Presentations, Iconographs, etc.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize day-to-day tasks to focus on those that are most critical
  • Ability to manage day-to-day dynamics of relationships without daily support from immediate manager
  • High level of comfort dealing with ambiguity and change
  • Willingness to dedicate time towards continuous education in this rapidly evolving technology space


Compensation Data

The salary range for this position is $80,000/yr-$112,000. Salary offered will be commensurate with experience and skills required.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
