Seeking a dynamic Sales Counselor for Sedgwick Plaza, an Independent & Assisted Living Community in Wichita, Kansas.

Are you a dynamic, energetic sales professional, master of sales and marketing and a true self starter who is able to produce results? If so, you may be just who we are looking for!

What would you be doing?

The primary job function of the Sales Counselor is to work 1:1 with seniors & their families both in person and over the phone to understand their needs in a senior community and share how Sedgwick Plaza can meet or exceed those needs. Close sales to meet or exceed budgeted goals in conjunction with the onsite Sales Director and Executive Director. Foster positive relationships with referral network and professional organizations.

Other responsibilities will include follow up phone calls to potential residents, maintain a lead database, community tours and in-house event planning.

What qualities & skills should you have?

You should have excellent computer skills, strong interpersonal communication skills, professional presentation and speaking skills. You must also be organized and able to manage multiple sales at once, goal driven and able to close deals in a highly competitive market. Sales experience expected. Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
