The Senior Account Manager (Senior Business Manager, internally) is an exciting opportunity to work across one of the best creative opportunities in the agency – Mountain Dew. The right person has a passion for the work and are able to drive projects forward autonomously with oversight from a Business Director – being able to manage campaign development while bringing a strong understanding of the production process. Senior enough to hold-their-own in meetings with clients, run their own workstreams, and solve problems on their own this person loves to solve business problems creatively.
Ultimately this person needs to be ready to roll up their sleeves and can't see themselves as "beyond" the daily grind – but also have the drive and experience to hold their own as a leader. They are expected to bring ideas to life through expert planning and navigation. They keep the team motivated and on schedule, are the master of the "how," and know that the magic is in the details.

  • They have 3+ years' experience managing great creative and production.
  • Experience handling competing priorities.
