Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Provide quotes, close deals, and manage client relationships with excellent customer service and follow-up. A high closing rate is key to success in this role.
- Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, identify new business leads, and develop creative campaigns to drive sales.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and client information within our CRM system, supporting overall sales performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team to share insights, improve strategies, and enhance the overall client experience including in-person customers.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years in sales, preferably in print or digital media, with a strong understanding of the value of tailored advertising solutions.
- Proven track record in revenue generation and securing new clients.
- Confidence in lead generation through proactive outreach, including calls, in-person.
- Strong written, oral communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and sales tools (asset).
- Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
