We are partnering with a leading company to help them find their next Chemical Sales Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and experienced sales professional to identify, develop, and service new accounts, providing customized treatment solutions to industrial clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on servicing of accounts, including chemical testing, equipment calibration, and system inspections.
- Stay updated on new technical applications, products, and services to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.
- Build strong relationships with prospects, developing familiarity with the company’s offerings and securing new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Warehouse, and Engineering to create strategies for new accounts.
- Educate customers about new products.
- Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing and ongoing account management.
- Manage executive-level customer relationships and multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
- Monitor and troubleshoot chemical programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Travel to client sites and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience focused on industrial wastewater treatment solutions.
- Proven ability to sell treatment to industrial manufacturers with pre-treatment or NPDES permits.
- Experience in full sales cycle management, from prospecting to closing.
- Strong CRM proficiency and a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
