Compensation: No Cap 6% Fee Commissions
Job Type: Part-Time. Hours to be determined by the consultant.
Work Independently from Home (1099 Income)
Number of Consultants needed: 4 Nationwide
Consultant does not have to be limited to their home region


Must have basic injury claims adjusting procedural knowledge in at least one of the following fields:

1. Commercial Auto and/or Casualty
2. Personal Auto and/or Casualty
3. Worker’s Comp
4. General Liability

 Actual previous experience as a Claims Rep or Adjuster in a group environment (Pre-COVID) is a plus.
 Basic medical knowledge and education is a plus but not required.

We are looking to fill a competitive sales and marketing position to generate new business by contacting potential customers. You will sell, solicit, and differentiate our products to match the needs of your prospective customers. Insurance claims adjusters and claims reps count on knowledgeable medical and investigative sources to assist them in their evaluations of medical and injury claims that are filed against their policyholders.
Those sources provides medical records reviews, peer reviews, as well as investigation services. Our national reach provides quality, accurate and reliable medical records peer reviews that are performed by our American physicians who are Board-Certified in their respective disciplines of practice here in the
United States of America. Our turnaround time on these review reports is industry-setting. Quadmatrix
Report was founded upon the guiding principles established by individuals with extensive backgrounds in the fields of medicine, insurance claims, investigations, civil law procedures, as well as law enforcement.  Must be a self-starter, a people person and have the skill to communicate effectively.

 Have excellent follow-up and follow-through communication skills

 Nurture, builds and cultivates business-to-business partnerships to produce new customer opportunities

 Cultivate strong relationships with claims VP’s, managers, supervisors, claims adjusters and other key personnel

 Leverage marketing and sales tools to identify solutions and sell to new customers

 Maintain up-to-date client information in designated customer relationship management tool

 Ability to work with short term and long term goals

 Foster productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.

 Achieve customer acquisition goals

 Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders

Skills and Education:

 Proven work experience as a claims adjuster or other relevant experience

 Intermediate Computer knowledge and statistical analysis.

 Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence, and sell effectively

 Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (commercial automobile, injury, life property, worker’s compensation, medical, etc.)

 Experience in delivering client-focused solutions

 Excellent sales position for a dynamic professional and great for the retiree with an established professional network

 Bachelor degree preferred but not required

 5 years of Claims adjusting experience with high school diploma
