As our GitKraken products continue to experience tremendous growth, we’re ready to add a full-time Inside Sales Representative to our team in Scottsdale, AZ. Ideal candidates for this role will be energetic, forward-thinking, organized sales professionals who are able to effectively create relationships within the development/DevOps space.


In this role you will be responsible for:


  • Communicating with existing customers, identifying and contacting potential customers, and following up on inbound leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information.
  • Explaining and demonstrating technical features of GitKraken’s products and services.
  • Keeping up with GitKraken product and service updates.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Creating and maintaining a pipeline of current and potential customers.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching, qualifying, and contacting new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

To succeed in this role, the following qualifications are essential:


  • 2+ years of applicable sales experience
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related position preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including phone etiquette and written communication
  • Excellent cold contacting skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals in a results-oriented environment
  • Well organized with the ability to multitask
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong listening and people skills
  • Working knowledge of: Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, CRM software (Hubspot preferred)
