Sales Account Executive Job Description:
Drive and resiliency are key traits of United States Gold Bureau. As a Precious Metals Sales Representative, you will prospect warm leads by making outbound calls to potential customers who have requested information about investing in precious metals. This is strictly an Inside Sales role. It will be your duty to reach back out to these potential customers and determine the best precious metals package to fit their needs. Upon mastery of our sales process, you will become an Account Executive and a precious metals specialist.

Our Sales Representatives are great relationship builders who display an unmatched amount of self-efficacy. We pride ourselves in being the industry leader in product knowledge and customer service. As Account Executives and precious metals specialists, it is our mission to provide our customers with a great investing experience.

Sales Account Executive Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Prospect warm leads via phone
  • Anticipate 100+ calls per day
  • Educate potential customers about investing in precious metals
  • Build lasting relationships with customers
  • Determine the best solution for customers regarding their investment portfolio
  • Track activity using our CRM
