Our Heavy Vehicle Parts Division (HVPD), Western Canada Region, is actively looking for a strong, results driven and relationship focused professional to take on the role of Major Accounts Manager. In this role you will be accountable for managing all aspects of major accounts from set-up, maintenance, and development. The focus of this role is overall management and implementation of key regional and national accounts, regional sales development, and operational improvement initiatives. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders including Store Managers, Operations Managers, Outside Sales representatives, and Product Management groups. You will need to manage strong relationships internally to drive program efficiencies related to both regional and nations accounts in Western Canada.

You will effectively be involved in all aspects of managing major regional and national accounts by promoting strong relationship building with customers as well as key internal resources to ensure there are strong programs in place for customers to achieve the highest level of business success and performance.
Description and qualifications :
Ideal experience will include overall Business Development and/or Account Management experience with 7-10 years of experience preferably gained in a dealer/member/ retail/wholesale related environment to heavy duty truck & trailer or automobile or related sectors. Must have a proven track record in working within a complex sales environment and be involved in the key decision-making process related to account management. This position will require up to 50% travel within Western Canada; therefore, we are looking for someone that is comfortable with travel and that holds a valid driver license and clean drivers abstract. Educational assets will include a bachelor’s degree or College Diploma complimented with relevant professional experience.
