Job Description

Oasis is seeking a motivated, reliable, and organized candidate to report to the VP, Business Development. The Sales Support Coordinator will help identify opportunities, issues, challenges and effectiveness in the sales team’s daily operation, and work with the VP, Business Development on solutions. The qualified candidate will also be responsible for administrative support and ad hoc projects as needed. This position will also work with additional sales leaders as part of the responsibilities of this role.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the first point of contact and provides tactical support for all inside business development team needs
  • Sources new lead opportunities to identify potential prospects
  • Project manages all IT projects for the business unit and acts as subject matter administrator for IT platforms for the team
  • Performs or delegates UAT for the business unit
  • Identifies inefficiencies and helps craft solutions to improve the business development team’s daily operations
  • Provides administrative support to the VP, Business Development including coordination of daily team coverage and attendance tracking
  • Creates Salesforce reports, dashboards, list views, and handles Campaign creation and list mapping
  • Works with sales management to get visibility in CRM reporting and activity and creates ad hoc reports as requested
  • Provides updates on daily operations of the inside sales team to management
  • Reports sales metrics in real time, and provides feedback to leadership; tracks contest metrics and provides updates
  • Handles Book of Business updates for the sales reps
  • Supports and initiates sales and marketing events and manages sales rep T&E, gift, and marketing budgets
  • Schedules and manages sales events and trip itineraries for managers and sales team members
  • Assists with Learning Management System implementation and trainings
  • Leads or assists with ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal (telephone and in-person) and written communication skills
  • Excellent PC skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to evaluate reports and identify opportunities
  • CRM experience: Salesforce experience preferred.
  • SnagIt experience preferred
  • Ability to work with direction and autonomously
