We are currently looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team in our beautiful Lehi, UT office. This position is a full-time, Inside Sales position. Candidate must be a self-driven individual who is comfortable with a fast pace and evolving processes. PlanHub is the fastest growing construction software company in the United States which presents many advancement opportunities.
What you'll be doing:
- Act on behalf of PlanHub as the primary interface for new and existing customers.
- Present PlanHub as a valuable tool set as a professional conversation from a credible specialist in our field.
- Be proactive and accountable for meeting and exceeding goals and objectives.
- Execute against the goals of the organization and maximize your result, as identified in the sales plan created for your specific set of responsibilities and metrics.
- Follow up with leads provided by PlanHub’s Market Research Team in a timely manner.
What you'll need to be successful in this key role:
- The self-motivation and desire to become a credible specialist in the construction industry for GCs and PlanHub.
- A professional demeanor and Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging.
- 2+ years of experience selling software solutions in an inside sales role.
- 12-18 months in an outbound lead generation and qualification role.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Knowledge and use of CRMs. HubSpot a plus.
- Comfortable with Google Suite and other internal system tools.
- Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Professional phone skills.
- Is focused on solutions.
